Referring Physicians & Providers
Hello! Dr. Pearce is now accepting new patients, and is happy to see new or former patients.
A formal referral is NOT required, but is helpful to have the patient's contact and clinical information to expedite care.

3 EASY STEPS:
1. FAX the referral to 207-514-8213​

Mark as "URGENT" if patient should be seen within a week

2. Please inform patient: "PearceMD will call you within 1-2 days to schedule"

While waiting, patients are welcome to call the office or book an online call
3. Please inform patient: "Dr. Pearce is DIRECT PAY, i.e. out of network with insurance and Medicare"

The office will discuss the benefits of Direct Specialty Care, pricing, and reimbursement options when patient is called

Patients are seen for hour-long appointments and can often get in next day
