Referring Physicians & Providers
Hello! Dr. Pearce is now accepting new patients, and is happy to see new or former patients.
A formal referral is NOT required, but is helpful to have the patient's contact and clinical information to expedite care.

3 EASY STEPS:
1. FAX the referral to 207-514-8213​

Mark as "URGENT" if patient should be seen within a week

2. Please inform patient: PearceMD will call you within 1-2 days to schedule you with either Gillian the Physician Assistant, or Dr. Pearce, depending on a number of factors.

While waiting, patients are welcome to call the office or reach out through our Contact Form
3. Please inform patient: PearceMD is only in network with a few insurance carriers, but is out of network with others. We are currently in network with Taro Health, Aetna, and Maine Community Health Options. We are going in network with Medicare hopefully beginning July 1, 2024

We offer transparent cash-pay pricing for out of network patients

The office will discuss the benefits of Direct Specialty Care, pricing, and reimbursement options when patient is contacted

Patients are seen for hour-long appointments and can often get in next day
