We are located in Portland's Shaw's Northgate Shopping Plaza, with Shaw's on the far right side and CVS to the far left. Suite U is close to CVS and is "FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center" with whom we share patients.
Our Audiology and Speech Services are currently INSIDE Fyzical, so you will need to enter Suite U and speak to Cat or Erin at the front desk of Fyzical.
