Once you have sent or received a text from us, you will receive additional text messages that include a link to Klara. You will then click directly on this link, enter your DOB/name (if prompted) and communicate through Klara patient communication service, which is secure and protected.
Through Klara you can securely send and receive documents, photos, uploads, etc.

If a referral was sent to our clinic on your behalf, we will do our best to process the paperwork and respond to you within 2 business days.

If you aren't sure if one was placed or haven't heard from us, you can call or fill out a contact form and we will get back to you right away!

Self-Referral

Good news: we do not require a referral for you to be seen! It is your responsibility to know if your insurance carrier requires one. All requests for consultation will be reviewed and we will ask you to provide some initial information about your medical issue(s) so that we can most appropriately and quickly make you an appointment.

All third (and 4th) opinions will see Dr. Pearce specifically, which may incur a slightly longer wait time.
